Assistant Manager - Human Resource - Online Transportation Network Firm

For a leading online Transportation Network company, I am looking for an HR Business Partner (AM - HR) to be based at Hyderabad

a) 3-7 years of post qualification experience

b) relevant experience in Retail, Automotive, Asset Management, Telecom Industry

c) knowledge of Tamil and Telugu, local area knowledge is mandatory

d) Open to travel in Southern states- extensive, 6 days working.

e) Full-time MBA from Tier 2 / Tier 3 colleges will do.

f) The incumbent should be high on his/her ability to communicate effectively, ambition to perform, hunger for growth and go-getter attitude. Since this role is an employee-centric Business Operations role, we are looking at the dynamic individual who would go that extra mile to bring customer delight.
