Job Responsibilities :
Responsible for all the HR activities related sales recruitment function for the direct and the indirect staff.
- Must have managed Sales HR role (recruitment and overall employee life cycle management)
- End to End recruitment activity for sales function
- HR Operations (confirmation, payroll inputs, employee queries, F&F settlements)
- Issuing various letter
- Productivity analysis of sales team
- Attrition analysis and management
- Engagement activities for sales team
- Conduct Performance Appraisals for Sales team
