This role holder will take support from other specialist functions for deployment of various initiatives. Specific roles and responsibilities will include : - Ensuring Talent Planning &amp; Acquisition within TAT for Corporate BU. - Talent Acquisition for JV Partners - Job Descriptions - Creating and revising job descriptions - Onboarding &amp; Induction - Conducting new employee orientations through a structured programme and employee relations counseling - Handling Exit Interviews - Work with the L &amp; D team to provide right kind of learning input for all executives in the BU. - Working for the new initiatives taken in the organization - Coordinating for completion of key tasks and performance appraisals within TAT. - HR Governance &amp; Compliance - End to end managing the Campus hirings (GET- s/MT- s/CA MT- s) - Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues - HR data management system - maintaining the HRIS as per set standards and provide necessary inputs for decision making. - Maintaining Corporate BU Personnel records and reports. - Vendor Management - Empanelment of new consultants, review of their performance - Managing the payroll for Third party Employees - Statutory Compliance
