CV Shortlisting Criteria : 

1) Industry - We are looking for candidates working with Any Manufacturing based Organization Such as - Retail FMCG, Consumer Goods, Pharma, Paint, Automobile, and Paint etc

We do not wish to look at candidates from IT, Telecom, BPO, KPO, Banking, E Commerce and Consulting etc

2) We are looking for MALE Candidates ONLY for this search.

3) Regular MBA is MUST

4) Working experience should not be more than 6 Yrs and not less than 3 Yrs

Job Profile : 

- This is an HR Business Partner profile, handling multiple responsibilities such as - Talent Acquisition, PMS, Employee Engagement, OD and T&D etc

- Candidates who are handling a HR Generalist profile, is good to apply.

- Manpower planning & budgeting exercise for the assigned domain with focus on productivity and optimum utilization of manpower

- Accountability of People Planning, Budgets & Talent Acquisition.

- Optimum usage of sourcing channels with an emphasis on cost effective methods

- Identify capability building needs from business priorities & learning needs of employees and formulate annual learning plan.

- Lead formulation and deployment of engagement framework comprising R&R Platforms, Communication channels, employee engagement surveys and action planning, engagement activities @ work and employee wellness initiatives.

- Facilitate sustenance of org culture drivers in support with senior management.

- Drive awareness on talent management initiatives and role movements amongst all managers and employees.

- Assist in training need analysis and formulation of annual learning plan for all corporate and zonal office employees.

- Responsible for identifying and implementing improvements in the existing processes and policies to increase the overall effectiveness.

- Coach, counsel, and enable managers at various stages of the Process and monitor progress.

- Engaging with the leadership team and managing stakeholder expectations; Proactive HR sensing and addressing employees based on Organization Principles.

- Support domain teams in alignment of organization design&Structure as per business strategy.
