- Plotting and linking business numbers and processes of front-end associates to drive and measure performance and ensure documentations as per established process.
- Administering performance appraisal process for the workforce.
- Preparing and adhering to the annual business plan for compensation and admin costs.
- Managing statutory compliances.
- HR budget planning.
- Administration and Monitoring of Employee Benefits.
- Employee counselling and grievance handling.
