- Identify Training Needs
- Preparation and monitoring of IDP and organizing internal and external training.
- SAP HR Module
- Business Process Lead
- Benefit Administration - Leave, Performance Management, Training)
- Other HRIS Initiatives
- Information Management Policy as per Information Technology Act
- Function as the HR Business Partner for the Employees - Onboarding & Induction on Company & HR Policy, KRA Rollout, Employee life cycle management and benefit administration (housing, medical, sampling, vehicle, etc)
- Exit formalities in terms exit interview and analysis of Exit Interview data.
- HR Manual Development
- Assisted Sr. VP - HR in preparation of the HR Manual for the HNG group companies.
