- Managing HR Generalist Activities, HR Operations, Induction, Joining Formalities

- Handling Exit Formalities, Leave Management, Appraisal Management, Training

- Handling Performance Appraisal, Exit Interviews, Employee Induction, Employee Engagement,, Microsoft Office.

- Recruitment Management

- Training and development

- Employee Engagement

- Who can take new initiatives and cheer the team.

Position Reports to: DGM Hr

Education Qualification: MBA Hr (Tier 1 or Tier 2 campus)
