3. Cascading the same to all departments and ensuring a better understanding & adoption.
B.) Health Insurance Management:
1. Track record of Medi-claim Insurance
2. Support in claims settlement
3. Policy awareness sessions
4. Timely Addition and deletion of employees
5. Timely renewal
C.) Expat Management:
1. Providing all support for Visa, stay permit etc.
2. Asset Management of Expats
3. Documentation and other support
D.) Performance management System:
1. Managing the implementation of the performance management framework and activities in the organization
2. Identification of Individual Developmental needs related to PMS.
E.) Payroll & Statutory Compliance
1. Payroll Facilitation/Processing.
2. All Statutory Compliance - PF, ESI, IT, PT & LWF Returns etc.
3. Reimbursement - Medical, LTA, Leave Encashment.
4. Processing and Validation of inputs to outputs of records.
5. Resignation process: Full & Final Settlement / PF & Gratuity settlement
