Assistant Manager - Human Resource - Automotive

Looking for MBA-HR qualified candidates from Manufacturing industry who are willing to join our client, a multinational manufacturing company having presence throughout the World.

Candidate should have strong leadership skills to manage a team of subordinates comprising of HR, IR and compliance people. This is the measure to success for this position.

Required expertise in the following is required:

1. Change management: Restructuring the process in order to increase the efficiency, Closely work function heads to restructure the existing structure to achieve higher market goals and profitability by increasing customer satisfaction.

2. PMS: Develop and implement strategic and relevant tools for assessment. Lead performance management system in line with organization goal and individual targets. Report generation for final approval.

3. HR Policy Framework: Designing of HR policy in association with the HR Head

4. Competency Mapping: Conducting job analysis, Leveraging the same with training to achieve the goal

5. Hr Analytics: Manage HRIS for analysis of attrition, joining, retrenchment and change in policy for improvement.

6. Leveraging HR Process with other functions for optimum result.
