- HR laws monitoring and forecasting, HR Manager warning and risks/impacts/adaptation of the internal policies / procedures and tools
- Employees administration and data records management
- Maintaining all current HR files and databases (employee benefits, employment status, grievances, performances review, disciplinary actions ),
- Performing file audits to ensure that all required employee documentation is collected and maintained,
- Analyzing the existing global employees administration and data records system to propose a new integrated system with higher performance if needed,
- Performing payroll/benefit-related reconciliations,
- Performing payroll and benefits audits and recommending any correction action,
- Complete termination paperwork and digitalized files,
- Proposing and editing periodic employees dashboard to Company board committee,
Recruitment process:
Management assisting for resource need analyze (in term of nature and type of contract: internship, apprenticeship, temporary work, fixed-term contract, permanent contract); coordinating job definition, sourcing, selection and recruitment process with the management issuing internship/apprenticeship/employment contracts and new employee file in coordination with management and associated departments (Finance, Administration, Company Secretary)
Career development:
- Organizing company induction program,
- Managing training, internal or external mobility, and career development.
Qualifications and experience required:
- Bachelor degree possibly with HR MBA or diploma or degree on labour law, and operational experience required of minimum 7 years with autonomous activity and responsibilities
- Good knowledge of Indian HR policies
- Use and development of digitalized medias and software solutions from the domain
- Well versed with the relevant labor laws and capacity to adapt internal policies and implementation of any evolution
- Digital knowledge and knowhow:
- HR digital tools software (implementation in companies and utilization),
- Expert in MS Office software and minimum knowledge in internet platform technologies,
- Intercultural community management is not mandatory but would be appreciated.
