Assistant Manager - Human Resource & Administration - FMCG (3-14 yrs)

Responsibilities

HR Operations

- Deliver consistent, effective and seamless customer facing HR services

- Collaborate with Plant Head & Head Office to take responsibility of all talent management initiatives

- Manage end to end HR & Admin related documentation and records

- Manage all labor law related to compliance.

Talent Management

- Manpower Planning

- Work with all stakeholders for completion of PMS - Facilitating smooth completion of yearly Performance Plan filling in the system, Mid - Year review and End Year review on time

- Ensure Goal Plan of all employees are set as per national guidelines

- Responsible for mid-year review process implementation

- Ensure all employees get documented performance feedback

- Work with employees and managers to facilitate performance improvement process as required

Training:

- Address all training need for the staffs

- Co-ordinate with HO-HR for training need for the executives

Employee Engagement:

- Interacting within unit to enhance the work-life balance & manpower productivity

- Plan and execute Employee Engagement activities on the ground.

- To have engaged employees, organizing engagement initiatives at the unit level

- Plan and organize employee interactions and communication sessions at periodic intervals for the dissemination of relevant information and obtaining individual/group feedbacks

- Ensure memorable employee experience esp. during a long service award ceremony

- Build communication channels to engage employee's families all through the year in order to build emotional connect - Family Day events for the unit

- Support in exit formalities: Exit Interviews as well as full and final clearance at the factory

Administration:

All admin related activity of the plants like :

1.Secuirty

2.Housekeeping

3.Time office

4.Help desk

Team size:4-5 HR & Admin Executive
