Assistant Manager - Human Leadership (Generalist Females) @ Bathinda, India Our client is a large industrial house in Oil &amp; Gas domain and they would like to fill-up following position asap. Position : Assistant Manager - Human Leadership ( Generalist Females ). Only Female candidates being considered. Location : Bathinda Education : MBA - HR Experience : 6 - 8 years as an HR Generalist, preferably with a large manufacturing organisation Compensation : Commensurate with education and experience Role Responsibilities and Desired Profile : - Candidate will be responsible for Employee Engagement Initiatives. Coordination of various Employee Engagement Committees; Sports Committee, Cultural Committee, Women Activity Club, School Coordination Committees etc. - Handling various Reward &amp; Recognition Initiatives, Induction and on-boarding of employees. Knowledge of Statutory Compliances and Time Attendance System. - Daily/ Weekly/Fortnightly/ Monthly Preparation of various Trends related to Engagement and other HL initiatives. Handling and recording employeess grievances, analysis of grievances and preparation of various MIS. - Coordinating Monthly Townhall Meetings, Family Visits, Lunch/Dinner of employees with Senior Management. HR Business partner for certain units / Deptts. Other HR Activities / projects as assigned from time to time. - The applicant must have a relevant MBA ( HR ) from a reputed institute. - Should have experience of at least 6-8 years in handling Generalist HR Profile, role comprises of but not limited to Employee Engagement, Reward and Recognition, Coordinating Townhalls, Family Visits, Awareness on Statutory Compliances and Time Attendance System etc. - Hands on experience in SAP is essential.
