Payroll Processing:
- Accurate and zero defect monthly payroll processing.
- Month on month payroll variance checking.
- Ensuring all the statutory deductions are correctly done against all the employees as per the eligibility.
- Coordinating with Talent Acquisition team for new joiner remuneration data.
- Ensuring new joiner salary data correctly uploaded in SAP for monthly payroll.
- Ensuring the statutory deductions is correctly mapped against new joiners.
- Distributing salary slips to employees via email through SAP.
- Resolving employee queries related to payroll.
- Ensuring accurate tax deduction based on investment declarations.
Statutory Compliance:
- Ensuring all monthly statutory payments like Income tax, Provident Fund, ESIC, Profession Tax etc. is paid within prescribed timelines.
- Filling quarterly and annual Income tax returns as per the department timeline.
- Preparing monthly and annual returns such as International Workers, Profession Tax, Maternity, Statutory Bonus, ESIC etc.
- Ensuring all the licenses such CLRA, Shop & Establishment etc. is renewed on timely basis.
- Issuing annual tax certificates to all employees.
- Actuarial valuation for leaves and gratuity.
- Handling annual statutory audit.
Organization Management:
- Maintaining overall org structure in Sap HR.
- Ensuring correct employee reporting structure in SAP as per the requests from stakeholders and various functions.
- Movement of employees
- International Transfer in SAP HR
- Transferring employees from one vertical to another in SAP based on requests from stakeholders.
- Maintaining cost center in SAP.
HR Services:
Managing entire employee life cycle from joining till exit.
- Preparing HR dashboard at regular intervals.
- Onboarding of new joiners
- Employee hiring action in SAP
- Bank account opening
- Probation assessment
- Performance improvement plan
- Annual appraisal
- Exit management
Compensation and Benefit:
- Assist manager in establishing benchmark positions.
- Obtaining job descriptions from functional heads.
- Coordinate with the service provider for obtaining results.
- Assist Manager in analysis in compensation and benefit reports.
- Responsible for completing task and appropriate deadlines.
- Prepare various increment scenarios as requested by Manager.
Finance Interface:
- Monthly salary fund transfer to respective bank accounts.
- Coordinating with Finance for monthly salary JV booking.
- Ensuring all the statutory payments are done in prescribed timelines.
- Reconciliation of salary payable and statutory payment.
- Coordinating with Finance for monthly and annual provisions.
