Assistant Manager - HR Operations - Security Services Firm (3-10 yrs)
A leading Security Services Firm is looking for an Assistant Manager - HR Operations, to be based out of their Corporate Office at Mumbai. The role reports into the Head - HR.
This is a high visibility role within the Organisation and would require a sincere, mature & polite personality, able to uphold the high standards of People management within the Organisation.
MUST HAVE : MBA (HR) with 3+ years of relevant experience & hands-on experience of running the Employee Life-cycle, with MS-Excel based data analytics / Dashboard preparation skills.
Key Role Responsibilities:
- Maintain the HR data, Dashboard & Analytics,
- Remain accountable for smooth and high quality implementation of the Employee Lifecycle, i.e. Onboarding, Hiring, Confirmation, KRA Setting, Appraisals, Grievance / Issue management, Exit management.
- Be responsible for confidential and transparent management of the Grievance redressal system,
- Ensure full confidentiality and credibility of the HR function at all times.
