Location : Gurgaon
Reporting Manager :HR Head
Individual Contributor role
Key Deliverables :
- End to End Salary and reimbursement processing
- Monitoring the company's HR systems as well as databases
- Monitoring and Reviewing HR budgets for all Projects
- Addressing employees- queries ( on compensation and other system )
- Implementation of end to end Automation of HR tool
- Employee related insurance
- Evaluating key HR metrics for monitoring performance
- Consolidating the PAN India Data
- Define Cost centers
- Attendance, Leave Management, Personal Files, Insurance, Addition Deletion, HR BP
- Accounts, Reimbursement Checks
Skills/Exp/Qualification :
- 6-8 Years experience in HR Ops
- MBA from a Top B School
- Strong Analytical Ability
- Manage Multiple stakeholders
- Strong Communication Skills
- Attention to Detail
- Skilled in the ability to use & deploy MS Excel,
- Good Understanding of ERP Systems
