- Managing the recruitment life-cycle
- Planning the mode of hiring, tie-ups with the recruitment agencies, conducting interviews, salary negotiations.
- Manage complete employee life cycle events - on-boarding, induction, confirmation, salary processing, leave & attendance management and exit formalities.
- Performance Appraisal - Co-ordination for performance appraisal
- General Administration - Monitoring administrative work in tandem with the Administration assistant for overviewing of material management, vendor empanelment, vendor negotiations, housekeeping management, Statutory Compliance, etc.
- Addressing the Employee Grievances - resolving the grievances of the employees by the grievance handling procedure, employee dialogue
- Implementation of HR practices
- Data Management - Maintaining the physical files of the employees, updating the employees records, preparing & Maintaining MIS
- Taking care of the monthly payroll processing
- Event management for annual gathering, sales and promotion meetings, cultural activities, medical camps, safety week celebration
