Job Description :

Responsibility ensuring HR compliance across the all the locations in FAI. Responsible for providing subject matter expertise to HR and operational leaders on HR compliance. Administration of employment related policies, ensuring the company is compliant with state and local employment regulations. Assist in the development and implementation of Standard Operating Procedure for all HR process. Administration of employee benefit and wellness.

- HR audit/diagnostic process and action planning tools

- Employee communication platforms (Online HR helpdesk, town hall meetings)

- Organizational HR policies and procedures

- HR SOPs

- Statutory norms pertaining to state and local employment regulations.

- Relevant SOPs

- Maintain and Update the policy manual in line with the latest updates/addendum

- Annual Policy review process

- Design HR policy handbook, forms, and formats

- Develop & conduct HR process audit for gap analysis

- Identify policy/process improvement measures based on audit findings, transaction reports, employee aspirations
etc.

- ISO Audit Management

- Ensure closure of HR audits both at internal and Organizational levels

- Manage the employee Benefit & wellness program for FAI.

- Develop initiatives to build employee awareness on HR policies & processes

- Monitor and enforce adherence to statutory compliance

- Closely work with Legal Counsel for matters related to Labour Compliance & POSH committee

- Will be involved in communicating Change Management activities related people process

- Managing Employee Satisfaction Surveys

- Onboarding & Exit Experience - Feedback & Analysis.

Candidate Qualifications & Experience :

- MBA HR having 6 to 10 years- relevant HR experience and currently working as AM HR Generalist driving HR Compliance in a reputed MNC IT or BPO Company.services company.

- Should have a strong experience in driving HR Compliance, Policy, Audits, etc.

- Excellent communication skills (both oral & written)

- Immediate joiners and local candidates are preferred though not mandatory.
