Assistant Manager - HR Business Partner - Online Travel Portal (4-6 yrs)
Our client is a leading travel portal of India.
They are looking for an (Assistant Manager) HR Business Partner for technology and Products.
Responsibility Areas :
Business Partnership (A consultative approach)
- Work with business Resource Managers to gather hiring demand forecast.
- Conduct intake session with hiring manager to understand the position demand. requirements and hiring manager expectations to ensure high quality candidates are sourced
- Participating in weekly/monthly/quarterly meetings with the business to provide requisition level update as well as present Hiring dashboard.
- Develop deep assessment expertise on candidates.
Recruitment :
- Source, Lead and manage the candidate (Technology and Product) interview, offer and on boarding process with administrative support from Operations team
- Drive sourcing mix for aligned business group .Drive efficiency of Employee Referral.
- Build strong relationships with candidates (both internal and external), ensure optimal candidate experience, and positively represent our client.
Enhance metrics :
- Ensure data integrity as well as TA Process compliance to enable meaningful and accurate data/metrics to influence decision making.
- Manage offer process including approvals from hiring manager & Business Leader on CTC, level and start date of candidate.
- Monitor successful completion of background check prior to start, pre-hire activities, and on time joins.
- Manage candidate engagement process post selection.
Desired Skills and Experience :
- 4-6 years of experience in technology Talent Acquisition, Stakeholder Management, Operations Management, Constructive Dash boarding, Process Excellence & Team Management.
- Good understanding of Internet/ Mobile industry.
- Expertise in Industry Mapping & tracking across industry functions and segments.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Diverse experience of sourcing/hiring across different levels in the organization (Leadership hiring will be a plus).
- Exposure to Social Media Strategy implementation for Talent Acquisition (Linked In, IIMJobs etc. is desirable.)
- Education: B.Tech and MBA / PGD - HR.
