Assistant Manager - HR Business Partner / Engagement Partner 2010 -2011 Batch Top B Schools

MBA in HR from pedigree institutes (2010 to 2011 pass-outs)

- 4 to 5 years of work experience in Media / Digital / Online Technology (B2C Organizations) / E-commerce companies

Responsibility :

- Employee Engagement

- Business Support

- Support through Business understanding

- People Strategy, Implementation of corporate HR initiatives, Employee Relations, Engagement Action Plan.

- Support in implementation of corporate HR initiatives - Quality and Timeliness of support in implementation of corporate HR initiatives,

- Partner in Talent Acquisition Employee reach for learning initiatives, Performance appraisal & Performance goal setting

Skill Sets required:

- Ability to work with a diverse group across levels.

- Confidence to be able to work with top leadership.

- Go getter, high energy. Excellent communication and analytical skills.
