JOB ROLE :--
- Will be responsible to provide strategic HR advice and counsel to business leaders.
- HRBP will enable our value proposition to be strengthened through employee experiences as against employee relations.
- Guiding and implementing strategic and tactical HR programs that are most relevant to the business objectives.
- Recommend new approach that in turn will impact continual improvements in our people practices, employee engagement and employee productivity.
- Validate the business need and ensure this is aligned with the overall corporate planning and budgeting
- Proactively review and analyze business unit data, trends and recommend solutions to improve performance, retention, and employee experience
Education :
Post graduate degree in HR from a reputed institute.
Experience Requirements :
- Proven work experience as an HR business partner.
- The Candidate should be a qualified HR business partner to oversee all human resources operations and ensure they- re aligned with organizations business goals.
- This person is responsible to communicate with the senior managers to express new ideas and suggest solutions.
- Analytical and goal oriented.
