Assistant Manager - HR Business Partner - IT - Fund Administrator (4-7 yrs)
A leading global fund administrator is looking out for an Assistant Manager - HR Business Partner in IT (Male candidates only) for an Evening Shift
Responsibility
- Talent Management, talent acquisition, recruitment, On-boarding, employee engagements
- Support management in talent identification and propose appropriate talent management programs
- To drive core HR programs
- Understand business goals, long term strategic plans and day- to-day Operational issues
- To be custodians of policy & to drive Employee Relations
- Handle employee counseling & grievances
Requirements
- 4-7 years of work experience
- Proven work experience as an HR business partner in IT
- Provide support to the management by providing input in discussions regarding staff retention, talent management and succession planning and resourcing
