Education & Experience
- MBA in Human Resources or related specialization.
- 5-8 years of HR experience, with strong exposure to employee engagement and grievance handling.
- Prior experience in startup or fast-paced organizations preferred.
Key Responsibilities
Employee Engagement:
- Design and execute engagement initiatives that enhance employee morale, collaboration, and retention.
- Conduct surveys, focus groups, and feedback sessions to measure engagement levels.
- Partner with leadership to strengthen organizational culture and values.
- Organize recognition programs, events, and workshops to drive motivation.
Grievance Handling:
- Act as the first point of contact for employee grievances, ensuring timely and fair resolution.
- Investigate complaints with confidentiality, empathy, and adherence to company policies.
- Provide guidance to managers and employees on conflict resolution and disciplinary procedures.
- Maintain grievance records and prepare reports for leadership review.
HR Business Partnering:
- Collaborate with business leaders to understand workforce challenges and provide HR solutions.
- Support performance management processes, including appraisals and feedback mechanisms.
- Advise managers on employee relations, engagement strategies, and policy adherence.
- Align HR practices with organizational goals to drive business outcomes.
Compliance & Reporting:
- Ensure HR practices comply with labor laws and organizational policies.
- Prepare MIS reports on engagement activities, grievance cases, and resolution timelines.
- Assist in audits and documentation related to employee relations.
