Designation: Assistant Manager
Experience: 2- 4 years In Business Partnership & HR Projects.
Qualification:-MBA from reputed institute
Preferably: FMCG / OTC
Primary Responsibilities:
1. Manage recruitment across levels for sales team-
2. Retention strategies & attrition dashboard for the sales team
3. Responsible for Induction & onboarding experience of new employees pan India
4. Manage Annual Goal Setting and Annual Performance Appraisal Exercise
5. Designing HR Policies, Policy revisions and Process improvisation
6. Provide inputs for Annual HR Budget & Annual Operating Plans
7. Develop HR Dashboards (for recruitment, headcount & attrition, productivity analysis), MIS Reports & presentations
8. Create and implement new formats for enhancing data efficiency
9. Escalation Management
