Job Summary:

Mandatory: must have 70% and above in 10th and 12th standard

The primary focus of the role revolves around hiring, developing and retaining the talent pool across the field organization. The position holder is expected to act as a change agent for culture and organizational initiatives across the field organization. The job involves traveling.

Key Tasks:

1. Design and execute hiring plan to support business goals and targets

2. Attract superior talent by developing & communicating appropriate recruitment policies, understanding job requirements & framing job descriptions so as to identify the right talent for the stated job profile.

3. Optimize cost of talent acquisition by proper utilization of source mix for hiring

4. Setup and manage the end to end employee relationship and engagement across the geographically distributed sales force

5. Deploy and manage processes for talent spotting, talent development, performance management and career progression

6. Facilitate formal and informal communication between various layers of the organization

7. Identify core issues leading to employee attrition and work with business to design process based solution to reduce the attrition.

8. Hire, train and build the required expertise within the HR team to support the business requirements.

9. Maintain awareness and knowledge of contemporary HR development theory, methods & applicable laws and provide suitable interpretation to leadership team within the organization.

Skill Sets:

1. Process-oriented with Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills

2. Should possess the charisma to guide and motivate people at all levels within the organization

3. Respond to intense and complex interpersonal situations with sensitivity & insight

4. Zeal to help people grow and be happy to see them succeed

Experience:

1. Must have 3-4 years of experience in all facets of HR activities, of which last 2-3 years in the role of HR leading a team of HR business partners to support a geographically distributed team

2. HR industry knowledge & nationwide networking.

Qualifications: MBA in HR from a reputed college, a degree in engineering will be an added advantage
