Who we are looking for?

We are looking for an enthusiastic Human Resources (HR) person to implement a variety of human resource programs.

The HR department will depend on your assistance in a number of important functions such as staffing, compensation and benefits, training and development.

Due to the diversity of responsibilities of the role, the ideal candidate will be a competent and resourceful individual with a passion for HR.

The goal is to ensure the HR department's operations will be running smoothly and effectively to deliver maximum value to the organisation as a whole.

What will you be doing?

- On boarding and Induction - Manage new employee on boarding and execute induction to ensure proper assimilation of new hires

- Documentation - Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form

- Employee & Manager Connect - Do employee and manager level pulse on regular basis

- Talent management: Building knowledge and networks of talent, integrating talent with other HR processes (such as resourcing, succession planning, leadership development and learning).

- HR guidelines and policy framework: Actively engaging with managers across all levels to create consensus. Ensure organisation values are practised in the right spirit.

- Statutory compliance: Have a thorough knowledge on the labour law, compliances. Should be able to address various compliance related queries and resolve issues on priority.

- Process management including leave, attendance, on-boarding, exit management, benefits administration, HR analytics and budgets, preparing monthly reports.

- HR processes: Develop and implement processes and initiatives.

- Employee Grievance: Provide support to employees in various HR related topics such as leaves, compensation etc. and resolve issues and problems.

- Employee Engagement: Plan and execute employee engagement activities across locations.

- Performance Management: Provide inputs in annual reviews and compensation planning.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

- Post graduate degree in HR.

- 5-6 years of relevant experience in the area of HR business partnering & operational HR.

- Comprehensive knowledge of HR to handle complex projects and stakeholders - engagement: Business Partnering, Talent Acquisition & Management, Employee Engagement, Employee Relations and Rewards.

- Demonstrate high levels of Ownership & Accountability.

- Ability to organize their work, plan well and prioritize based on impact on work.

- Action oriented and results driven.

- Outstanding knowledge of MS Office.

- Excellent communication and people skills.
