Assistant Manager - Data Science

Domain : HR analytics

Responsibilities :

- End to end data analytics using Qliksense

- Applying advanced analytical techniques such as regression modeling, time-series analysis, cluster and factor analysis.

- Developing and implementing data collection systems and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and data quality.

Requirements :

- Proficiency in one of the analytical tools such as Python, R, VBA, MS-excel or other statistical software.

- Ability to develop and implement data collection systems and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and data quality.

- Knowledge of basic statistical concepts like T-test, Z-test, Chi-square test, Parametric/Non-Parametric tests, ANOVA, etc.

- Exposure to operations research techniques like optimization, simulation, heuristics.

- Taking responsibility for the delivery of precise and accurate analysis, models, dashboards, and reports to tight timescales and work to resolve problems when they occur.

- 2-3 years experience in developing and implementing Statistical Modelling techniques like logistics regression, conjoint analysis and decision trees etc. and generating reports using mentioned tools.
