Key Responsibilities:
1. Collect, analyze, and interpret HR data to identify trends and patterns that inform decision-making.
2. Create and maintain regular reports on key HR metrics, such as turnover rates, employee engagement scores, and recruitment effectiveness.
3. Work closely with HR teams to identify data needs and develop analytics solutions that support HR initiatives.
4. Assist in HR projects focused on workforce planning, talent acquisition, and performance management through data analysis.
5. Provide insights on training needs and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs using analytics.
6. Ensure all HR analytics practices comply with data privacy regulations and company policies.
7. Identify opportunities to enhance data collection processes and improve analytics capabilities.
Required Qualifications:
- Proven work experience of 5 to 8 years.
- Master's degree in Business Administration.
