External Audit Management

1. Preparing various schedules related to various audits and Notes to accounts working for audits and query resolution

3. Assisting in tax related compliance &tax assessments.

4. Co-ordinating for information and analyzing information from various process owners for submission of documents to auditors.

5. Proactively working on audit points came up in previous quarter and ensuring the same are addressed to in future.

6. Preparing and providing relevant information to MIS and commercial team from time to time

Compliance

1. Preparing all the schedules of Income tax related filings which are required by consolidation team.

2. Adherence to the accounting policies and providing support in implementations of new standards

3. Keeping abreast of amendments and adherence to the same while preparation of financial statements

Financials and Accounting Closure

1. Preparing relevant workings and collating required information necessary for monthly, quarterly annual closure of books- for Instance, Forward contract, inventory,treasury, Leases.

2. Ensuring all the provision entries are passed and pro-actively engaging with concerned area owner

3. Preparing various internal reports/workings required for monthly/ quarterly/annual closure.

4. Maintaining and adhering checklist for finalization of books on monthly/ quarterly and annual basis and updating the same on monthly basis based on audit techniques used in previous quarter

5. Preparing the documentation for the annual report, preparing notes and requisite information for Board meetings and various reports as per requirement of management.

6. Monthly detailed review of all areas pertaining to accounts payable and confirming the accuracy and correctness of the data before quarterly closure.
