Assistant Manager - Fund Accounting - BFSI

Looking for AM - Fund Accountant, Qualified Accountant - 1-4 years post qualification experience, Graduate/Post Graduate - 5-6 years relevant experience, MNC Organisation, Mumbai.

- Investor Reporting - Receipt of cash manager investment reporting and processing income advice instructions.

- Cash Monitoring - Daily review of Custodian cash balances and ensuring Custodian has posted investment receipts on a timely basis.

- Receipt and facilitation of investment funding requests

- Facilitating drawdown from a credit facility or fund investor.

- Preparation of asset by asset hedging calculations for approval by Investment Team

- Review of reports for investment reporting and cash management prepared by the team

- Keep up to date with reporting standards development, covering IFRS

- Plan and schedule work to meet deliverable timelines

- Co-ordinate and monitor process improvement initiatives

- To demonstrate a positive risk, compliance and control culture through the identification, assessment, monitoring and management of risks and issues within the business area, alongside ensuring timely and appropriate resolution of control weaknesses, actions, and failures that arise.

- Technical accounting knowledge - IFRS.

- Excellent knowledge of Excel (advanced), PowerPoint and PeopleSoft.
