We are seeking a highly skilled Business Finance Manager, CA qualified, with a minimum of 3 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in leading cross-functional teams to develop finance strategies aligned with business operations. Responsibilities include managing financial goals, influencing senior leaders, co-owning the financial plan, overseeing revenue, margin, and working capital governance, and ensuring accurate financial closures.

Responsibilities:

1. Guiding global cross-functional teams in crafting finance strategies

2. Overseeing financial goals to enhance cost efficiency and supplier relationships

3. Advising senior leaders on strategic direction for their functional areas

4. Sharing responsibility for the financial plan of the portfolio with the portfolio lead

5. Managing revenue and margin governance

6. Overseeing working capital governance and management information systems (MIS) for the business unit

7. Ensuring precise month-end and quarter-end financial closures

8. Building robust business finance partnerships with all stakeholders

Qualifications:

- CA qualification (2018- 2020)
