Assistant Manager - Financial Planning & Analyst - Software Services Firm - CA (4-8 yrs)
A transnational Software services organisation with presence across the world is looking to hire a FPN & A specialist for it's corporate office in Gurgaon.
CA/ CA Inter. MBA Finance
4-8 Yrs, preferably in the B2C space
Responsibilities :-
- Financial Process Setup of new Biz in discussion with various teams
- Making & Understanding of Financial Statements (P&L, BS & CF) - Variance analysis
- FP&A - Approx 70% of the role. Track & report KPIs
- Accounting & Reporting
- Financial Modelling. P&L, BS & CF linked model with various variables
- US GAAP & INDAS knowledge (Preference)
- Getting books audited - Internal & External
- Periodic management reporting and reviews including daily/weekly business reporting, monthly performance reviews, forecast reporting etc.
- Assist in various automation initiatives including that for periodic business / financial MIS.
Attributes:-
- Should be meticulous, have the ability to identify the finer point.
- Good Communication skills (deal with team in USA)
- Sense of urgency and ability to be proactive on issues and opportunities
- Flexibility & commitment: Comfortable to stretch at the time of closing & audit
- Good knowledge of MS-Excel, MS-Powerpoint and other reporting tools, Working knowledge of SAP. Should have experience of working in a technology-driven environment."
