- Ensuring accurate & timely management reporting for 14 countries / consolidated at Africa level

- The daily/monthly/quarterly reporting activities include

- Daily (Closely Watched Numbers dashboard) CWNs,

- Monthly KPI Decks with attendant reports

- Monthly Flash & Forecast consolidation,

- Monthly Kiosk and Airtel Money Branch profitability

- Quarterly MDs Deck,

- Industry Benchmarking

Business and Financial Analysis:

- Pre and Post Launch Analysis for products and services

- Revenue and Expenses Variances Analysis to aid insights into business performance for decision making

Other:

- Ad hoc reporting & analytics as may be required from time to time.

- Handling queries & ad hoc requirements from OPCOs / management.

- Automation of reports through IT systems or excel

- New Reports migration or Implementation

- Simplification of existing reports and Changes in reports as per business requirement

- Providing regular business insights (any observations, process corrections etc.)
