Assistant Manager - Financial Planning & Analysis/Forecasting - BFSI (2-5 yrs)

Looking for professionals (Person with disability) having 2 - 5 years of experience in FP&A and Forecasting analysis.

Roles & Responsibilities :

- Dynamic Integrated Planning is a key initiative for company CFO and Global FP&A head and is an opportunity to be part of defining the future of forecasting processes.

- The objective is to build a driver based planning capability to generate short term and longer term forecasts for all Company businesses.

- This capability will also enable what-if analysis, sensitivity analysis and scenario planning. There will be multiple work-streams.

- The effort will require team members to work with business and product FP&A teams to build driver trees for revenue forecasting, with Treasury and Capital teams to build fast calculators for specific components, with Technology to build out the capabilities in the SFRM tool.

- There will be focus on building common model library for PPNR and Op Plan purposes and will require team to work with Ruby teams as well.

- Being part of this team will give you an opportunity to get a view of revenue drivers of Company businesses, key decision making components / what if scenarios and get a head start on developing expertise on FP&A's next generation forecasting capability

Qualification : Post Graduate / Engineer

Key Skills :

- Good understanding of the Company Products

- Ability to work with Seniors across various teams (FP&A, Business, Treasury, Capital and Technology)

- Able to challenge and drive standardization to build common driver trees

- Good expertise of excel and power point
