Assistant Manager - Financial Planning & Analysis - FMCG - CA (1-6 yrs)
We are looking for Qualified Chartered Accountant to work as a Assistant Manager-Financial Planning and Analysis with a reputed UNICON- FMCG-B2B Sales and Distribution, SCM and Ecommerce organisation. The Corporate office is based in PUNE. The annual revenue if the company is $518M with strong Pan India presence with 2700+ employee strength.
Will report and assist the Sr. Manager and will overlook 2-3 Analyst in day to day accounting, reporting and Analysis activities.
Role :
- Creation/Ownership of MIS reports for senior management
- Building financial models to aid the management to make business decisions
- Analysis of different operational parameters to derive insights
- Budgetary Management & Control - Develop & implement strong internal controls
- Performs other duties as assigned or required
- Creating a detailed business analysis, outlining problems, opportunities and solutions for a business.
- Budgeting and forecasting. - Planning and monitoring. - Variance analysis.
- Pricing & Reporting.
- Defining business requirements and reporting them back to stakeholders.
- Data Modelling Expertise in Excel
- Conduct market analysis, analysing both product lines and the overall profitability of the business.
Skill Sets
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Well versed with Microsoft Excel - grasp over other data analysis tools are a bonus
- Must be able to multitask
- Analytical problem-solving skills
- Team management skills
- Ability to take ownership and drive projects to closure
Chartered Accountant with 2-6 years of experience preferably from Big4.
Salary range will be between 12.00 LPA to 20.00 LPA
