Assistant Manager - Financial Planning & Analysis - FMCG (2-5 yrs)

JOB SUMMARY

The position will work closely with Manager Finance- FP&A in the planning, budgeting and monthly reporting process of Pernod Ricard India.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Actively support in the preparation of annual budgets as well as periodic forecasts and latest estimates

- Perform proper monthly analysis of financial performance and prepare analysis and comments for management review

- Produce and supply financial information and analysis for all teams within the organisation (marketing, sales, supply chain)

- Collaborate with respective finance teams to ensure accurate and timely reporting of financials in Prisma

- Work closely with Manager Finance- FP&A in identifying potential risks, gaps and trends from the financial data, prepare proposals for corrective actions

- Strengthen communication with Asia and HQ on all financial reporting matters

- Develop good understanding of internal and external reporting tools, continually seek opportunities for simplification in systems and processes

- Support business and other stakeholders on ad-hoc queries and information.

- Provide support in various business projects

PROFILE DETAILS

QUALIFICATION:

- CA with total post qualification experience of 2-3 years.

- MBA Finance - Premier Institute, experience of 2-3 years.

EXPERIENCE (Please specify in case there are any preferred industries):

- Exposure to manufacturing or sales distribution set-up is essential during - article ship / industrial training / job.

- Experience with an FMCG MNC in similar FP&A role will be an added advantage

FUNCTIONAL SKILLS (Both essential & desirable):

- Well versed with Excel and Power point.

- Strong analytical skills

- Good knowledge of reporting system

BEHAVIOURAL SKILLS (Both essential & desirable):

- Good written and verbal communication skills.

- Good at coordination and multitasking

- Self starter

- Good team player with business acumen and leadership skills
