Job Responsibilities :
- Performance reporting and analysis
- MIS report preparation (Weekly, Monthly as well as quarterly reports to be prepared and circulated).
- Variance Analysis- Budget vs Actuals and highlighting deviations from standard.
- Preparation of consolidated budget basis the inputs received from all the units. To analyse the inputs, consolidate all assumptions and drive to final closure.
- Forecasting-to work with individual regions and forecast the month/quarterly revenue and EBITDA.
- Variable pay to consultants- Monitoring payouts made to consultants basis the letter of engagement for accuracy.
- Providing ad-hoc reports as requested by stakeholders from time to time.
