Assistant Manager - Financial Analyst - Transaction Advisory Services - CA/CFA/CPA (4-5 yrs)

As a Financial Analyst in the Transaction Advisory Services vertical, it will be expected that you will lead Valuations, Due Diligence Reviews and Lead Advisory engagement for company's clients across verticals.

CTC- up to 12 LPA

Responsibilities:

- Managing a team of Associates and Senior Associates on Valuations, Due Diligence Reviews and Lead Advisory engagements

- Perform business, intangible assets, and financial instruments valuation engagements for fair value measurements and transactions

- Developing financial models for valuation through discounted cash flow, market multiple, market transaction and option pricing analysis

- Assist in preparing Company Teasers, Business Plan and Information Memorandum for Lead Advisory or Fund Raising Mandates

- Performing Target or Investor Screening for BUY side and SELL side mandates undertaken by the Company on Clients behalf

- Reporting and presenting analyses and conclusions including written reports. Assisting in preparing and presenting the results of our analysis in a clear and concise manner.

- Working with management to build and maintain client relationships. Contributing directly to the development of proposals, presentations, and publications.

Qualifications:

- Chartered Accountant with 4 to 5 years of related work experience; Preferable achievement in or significant progress towards a CFA, CPA or related certification, Hands on experience in utilizing Valuation techniques and methodologies such as Purchase

- Price Allocations (PPA), Discounted Cash Flow (DCF), Income Approach, market comparable, etc. in a business valuation firm or practice or in venture capital, investment banking, commercial banking, financial research, national valuation firm or experience working in a corporate finance role for an organization, preferably for M&A activities Experience in financial modelling including experience building models from scratch in MS Excel and related software preferred

- Project management skills

- Strong communication and presentation skills.
