We have been mandated by a large conglomerate for the below mentioned role.

Position Title : Asst Manager - Financial Analysis

Location : Jharkhand

Experience : 3-5 Years

Educational Qualification- CA

Job Purpose:

The incumbent will be responsible for organize and coordinate the accounting activities including finalization and consolidation of accounts, balance sheets, MIS reports and fulfillment of statutory requirements of Govt. Authorities & Banks.

Responsibility : -

Accounts

- Ensure proper checking and processing Invoice & and related debit/credit advice.

- Final supervision of bill, voucher and cheque process in accounts department.

- Ensure prompt and timely bill passing and payments as per laid down procedure for release of bills

- Responsible preparation of finalization and consolidation of accounts

- Scrutinizes party advances, other expenses head on regular basis and cross check and follow up for the same.

- Ensure all expenses are made as per approved budget.

- Ensure all Capex as per budget and proper record for the same are kept.

Cost Evaluation

- Responsible for store arrangement as per usage.

- Ensure safety measures are taken for materials stored

- Responsible for checking and validating storage security

Compliance with commercial laws

- Ensure timely filing of statutory returns and Reports.

- Monitor timely deposit of statutory dues and return

- Controlling receipted TDS Certificates and submission of the same H.O. for Income Tax purpose.

- Ensure timely preparation & distribution of TDS Certificate. e) Ensure no deviation in compliance and statutory returns.

- Ensure timely preparation of quarterly tax calculation and payment.

MIS

- Ensure timely preparation of Trial balance of all profit center.

- Reconciliation/Cross checking of various data required for MIS.

- Update MIS on day-to-day basis.
