Assistant Manager ( Telugu Speaking ) - Finance - Telecom & Media Solutions  Our client is a Telecom and Media Solutions company and they need to fill the following position asap.  Position : Assistant Manager - Finance ( Telugu Speaking )  Education : Bachelors Degree in Commerce/ MBA in Finance/ Inter CA  Experience : 2+ years of experience. Spoken Telugu skill is a MUST  Location : Mumbai  Compensation : Competitive and commensurate with candidate caliber and experience.   Role Responsibilities and Desired Profile :  1. Asst. Manager Finance will be a qualified Accountant to handle prepare, compute, manage, research and analyze all accounting data, in order to provide quantitative information on performance, financial position, liquidity and cash flows of our business. Position reports to Vice President - Commercial & Supply Chain.  The overall responsibilities: Manage all accounting operations based on accounting principles.   - Prepare budget and financial forecasts. Publish financial statements in time. Conduct month-end and year-end close process. Collect, analyze and summarize account information.   - Compute taxes and prepare tax returns, Assist in the processing of balance sheets, income statements and other financial statements according to legal and company accounting and financial guidelines.   - Post and process journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded. Update accounts receivable and issue invoices.  - Update accounts payable and perform reconciliations. Develop periodic reports for management. Audit financial transactions and document accounting control procedures. Keep information confidential and secure them with random database backups. Keep up with financial policies, regulation and legislation  2. Candidate should have Proven working experience as a accountant or in a relevant field. Thorough knowledge of accounting and corporate finance principles and procedures. Good with numbers and figures and an analytical acumen. Good understanding of accounting and financial reporting principles and practices.   - Excellent knowledge of MS Office and familiarity with relevant computer software (e.g. Tally). Strong attention to detail and confidentiality. Should have minimum 2 years of Experience. Must be able to speak Telugu. Skilled in Finance, tax acumen. Ability to work with Government and other stakeholders of Business. Technology savvy with experience selecting and overseeing software installations and managing relationships with software vendors; knowledge of accounting and reporting software.   - Commitment to training programs that maximize individual and organization goals across the organization including best practices in human resources activities. Excellent communication and relationship building skills with an ability to prioritize, negotiate, and work with a variety of internal and external stakeholders.
