Assistant Manager - Finance - Retail - CA (4-10 yrs)
Job Opening as a Assistant Manager Finance (Retail Accounting) -Bangalore with leading Retail Company
- Chartered Accountant with 4-6 years of experience
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in retail preferable
Job Responsibilities :
- Day to day monitoring of sales and related invoicing to partner stores; Ensure that sales are accounted for in SAP properly
- Ensure that invoices are sent to partners on an ongoing basis.
- Monitor collections (EDC, Bank)
- Follow-up with customers in case of non-collection (Both EDC as well as Bank). Ensure appropriate escalation in case of non-payment of dues as per term sheet
- Solve queries from sales teams and customers with reference to finance related matters
- Review the results of the stock takes conducted at the partner premises and ensure that shrinkage is adequately accounted
- Monitor inventory held at partner stores and ensure reconciliation with books. Also, evaluate adequate safeguards
- System control between Retail Pro and SAP
- Reconciliation of books with partners
- Overall responsible for cash and stock - partner retail
