Assistant Manager - Finance - Healthcare (2-5 yrs)
Job Description :
- Reconciliation of Government Accounts (CSD, CPC, INCS & other State Government Accounts) & MT Key Accounts with a half yearly sign off
Accounts Receivable Management :
a) Follow up for payments and timely posting of AR
b) Drive the management of Accounts Receivable (including initiatives) of Modern Trade and Institutions in close coordination with the Trade Team
c) Build networking with the Modern Trade Teams and Institutions to facilitate Receivables Management
d) Circulating separate outstanding trackers weekly for MT Key Accounts as well as Government Accounts
e) Bank Account open items management for ANI in conjunction with Treasury Team
Claims Management in line with agreed Terms of Trade :
a) MT Claims processing for customers &/or vendors with agreed TAT
b) Maintaining Customer ledgers for MT Key Accounts and Government accounts with a monthly review
Other Items :
a) Initiate and liaise for Legal procedure for cheque bounce cases
b) Finalize Provision for Doubtful debts in close coordination with CFS Team
c) Share Expected Credit Loss (ECL) working on a quarterly basis
d) Various MIS for Management of MT and Institution Receivables
Qualifications :
- Chartered Accountant (CA) or Cost Accountant (ICWA) with 2-3 years of work experience
- Inter CA or Inter ICWA or MBA (Finance) with over 4-5 years of relevant work experience
