Assistant Manager - Finance - FMCG

We have a job opening for Assistant Manager Finance for Ghana ( Africa ) location for our FMCG client .

- CA Inter or ICWAI Inter with minimum 5 years in a similar role experience from FMCG/Manufacturing Industry preferred

- Preferably Bachelor

- Good Communication Skills

- ERP Knowledge

Job Description :

Accounts related :

- Handling Routine banking transactions including Bank Reconciliation

- Vendor payment and balance control

- Debtors receipts and balance control

- Month end closure entries

- Trial balance scrutiny

- Statutory compliances and liaison with authorities

- Supervision of payroll on a monthly basis

- Monitoring the ERP system on a daily basis and suggesting corrective action in case of deviations

Imports and Exports :

- Documentation of Imports and exports

- Follow-up on payments from customers and to vendors

- Liaison with Clearing agents and customs officials
