Assistant Manager - Finance - ERP (3-7 yrs)

JOB SUMMARY :

- Core Member of project team responsible for ensuring program management and governance

- Assisting IT team, ERP consultant and Business user towards implementation of ERP

- Responsible for execution of Change Management initiatives

- Performing risk reviews and participate in projects for building robust risk culture in the organization

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

- Preparation of comprehensive, sharp deck for review during weekly/monthly meeting for senior management after taking inputs from relevant stakeholders

- Tracking & capturing actionable raised, closed, issues remaining open/past due during meetings

- Work in Tandem with IT, ERP-consultants & business users towards implementation of ERP

- Engage/coordinate with various teams to identify progress update and key items that could impede delivery of tasks to ensure successful migration to ERP as per agreed timelines

- Execute and drive change management communication plan associated with enterprise wide connected projects like ERP

- Facilitate/Conduct training and provide support to end users to ensure deeper understanding of change in process and system

- Special projects as may be assigned like Internal Control Framework, risk reviews etc.

MEASURES OF SUCCESS :

- Strong program management around projects

- Timely tracking of actionable raised, closed, issues remaining open/ past due

- Delivery of ERP Package and Change management as per agreed project plan with minimum deviations/defects

- Timely completion of the projects and Risk Assessments. Key risks identified & mitigation plan developed.

- Internal and External Stakeholder feedback

JOB REQUIREMENTS :

- Chartered Accountant/MBA with finance domain having sound knowledge of financial accounting & auditing principles and practices, laws & regulations

- Should have minimum three years of post qualification experience

- Experience in project management, financial controls, risk domain, financial system implementation. Knowledge of insurance industry a definite plus

- Ability to understand IT System functionalities and linkage to business

- Sound knowledge of MS-Office 2007

- Should have strong presentation, analytical, written and verbal communication skills
