Opening with one of our clients which is a leading luggage brand for the position of Assistant Manager Finance based in Mumbai. - Must have Corporate Finance experience Post qualification. a. Have knowledge of setting up credit facilities b. Issued Letter of credit/Bank guarantees from Banks and familiar with LC mechanism. c. Liaising with banks - Must have the working knowledge of SAP and must be a CA. Work Scope - Majorly includes 1. Assist in setting up Credit facilities with Bangladesh Bank by supporting in preparation of financial projections (including CMA data) and credit Proposals and post sanction activities thereafter. 2. Preparation of Letter of Credit application for onwards submission to Banks and follow up for issuance of LC &amp; acceptance of documents received under LC. Keeping track of LC due dates / payments etc 3. Treasury related work including managing up to date fund position of all Banks. Interaction with Banks for timely debit /credit of funds. Keeping track of monthly payment/ shipment from and to Bangladesh. 4. Preparation of Import and Export documents as per required form and reverting /resolving related queries, if any, of banks. 5. Extracting reports from SAP (like Vendor ageing, Debtor/Creditors positions etc) and preparation of payment reports. 6. Timely submission of stipulated reports to Bangladesh Bank in their prescribed format. 7. Extensive Interaction with Bangladesh Team for day to day work /resolving queries etc. Assist in submission of monthly Cash flow to management within stipulated time period. Must Fluent in Bengali (speaking, reading, writing).
