Key responsibilities: - Responsible for timely and clean Statutory Audit - Ind AS financials, Tax Audit and coordinating for resolution of Internal Audit observations with complete coordination for timely finalization of accounts. - Review accounts reconciliations - Establish and regularly review policies and procedures to ensure sound controls around financial transaction processing and reporting with clear focus on implementing best practices in Finance &amp; Accounts and developing SOPs. Management Reporting: - Responsible for Internal Financial Controls over Financial Reporting (IFCFR) in line with regulations - Work closely with peers in India and overseas to build and nurture professional working relationships to achieve organizational objectives Technical/Functional Skills: - Chartered Accountant with 1-2 years of proven Finance Leadership experience. - BIG 4 work experience will be an advantage - Expert knowledge of and proven experience in handling complex accounting transactions - Proven experience in managing and developing a large team of finance professionals in MNC environment - Working experience on accounting software like Oracle or SAP - Well versed with MS Excel, MS Word and Power Point - Team Player - works co-operatively and productively with others; openly exchanging information and supporting colleagues from around the organization to achieve business goals - Continuously identifies opportunities for process improvement with an eye for detail Establishes priorities, tasks and work schedules in advance
