Assistant Manager - Finance - CA

We are currently mandated by a leading a global venture capital firm which backs growth stage companies which has proven success trajectory in India region with its portfolio of investments.

Looking to recruit an Assistant Manager to support upper management in financial and portfolio reporting and other financial activities pertaining to the portfolio of the fund.

Key responsibilities

- Quarterly valuations of portfolio companies post analysis of key matrices and market factors.

- Execution of deals and analysis of prospective investee companies

- Periodic monitoring of portfolio companies and supporting them to help advice on any Finance and Tax related matters

- Tax Structuring for the fund

- Tracking the fund performance, managing NAV reporting, Budgeting and Tax matters for the India Business

Required skills and experience

- Qualified chartered accountant, 2-3 years' post qualification experience

- Experience preforming valuations and financial modeling.
