Roles and Responsibilities:
Finance & Accounts:
- The candidate should have 1- 14 years experience with good knowledge of Balance sheet & Income Tax
- Preparing and maintaining statutory books of accounts viz, journal, ledger, cash book and subsidiaries in compliance with time & accuracy norms
- Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable
- Preparing creditors/ debtors reconciliation statements
- Depreciation and Asset Management
- Banking: Bank Transaction reconciliation.
- Doing almost all functions in accounting directly or indirectly (from bookkeeping to everything)
Taxation/MIS :
- Timely computation and filing of Income Tax, GST & TDS returns in compliance with Income Tax Act
- Looking after Indirect Taxation GST filing; returns; and assessments
- GST Input/Output Calculations; Filing returns etc
Auditing:
- Coordinating with the statutory auditor of the company and finalizing the financials of the company with the auditor
- Handling Statutory Audit & Tax Audit along with giving clarification for the doubts raised by the auditors while conducting audit
- Interfacing with the Internal Auditor of the company and providing all the documents which are necessary for conducting audit Documentation
- Liaising with bank authorities for day-to-day queries
- Statutory Liability
- Handling computation and payment of monthly GST, TDS
