KEY RESULT AREAS (KRAs)
a) Timely submitting proposal to banks for fresh as well renewal of working capital facilities including Commercial Papers.
b) Compliance of covenants of debts including RBI compliances. Timely and accurately complying with the covenants.
c) MIS - Daily, Monthly Consolidation and Analysis of MIS
d) Providing & arranging data for Due diligence to Credit Rating Agencies Analysts, Lenders etc.
e) Disbursements of funds to Units and Key Vendors
