Roles & Responsibilities:-

- Responsible for timely and clean Statutory Audit - IND AS and IGAAP Financial statements, Tax Audit.

- Coordinating for resolution of Internal Audit observations with complete coordination for timely finalization of accounts.

- Review of Trail balance before each month-end and ensure month end closing activity is completed within time.

- Review accounts reconciliations regularly, review of policies and procedures regularly to ensure sound controls around financial transaction processing and reporting with clear focus on implementing best practices and developing SOP's.

- Responsible for Internal Financial Controls over Financial Reporting (IFCOFR) in line with regulations.

- Update on Regulatory changes periodically to senior management.
