Assistant Manager - Finance & Accounts - CA

The Role:

The AM Finance & Accounts would be responsible for the full spectrum of finance, accounting, reporting and compliance functions for a portfolio company part of an established (and fast growing) Pan-India real estate portfolio. This role reports into the Financial Controller for the portfolio and over time shall provide the successful candidate to grow as a professional both vertically (in terms of seniority) and horizontally (in terms of learning/knowledge). With a large group and portfolio expanse, there are multiple opportunities for successful candidates to excel and progress their careers further.

Key Responsibilities:

- Monitor and ensure accounting, finance and tax function of the company which are either insourced or outsourced to Big 4 firms

- Manage day today business & statutory finance function

- Work closely with the Finance Controller supporting him in projects in the Finance and Accounts domain to support Business like improving reporting processes, designing and generating useful MIS, automating reports

- Co-ordinate with Centre Accounting teams to ensure timely accurate and book-keeping, reporting etc

Skills Required:

- This position will suit a self-motivated individual who possesses strong technical and financial skills.

- Strong in IndAs and accounting standards and concepts

- Excellent in Microsoft office especially word, advanced excel and powerpoint skills

- A positive and enthusiastic approach is essential

Qualifications & Experience:

- Chartered Accountants

- 3 to 4 years of audit experience in Big 4 including experience in leading an audit
